Poland Trip
Our students have recently undertaken a profound educational journey to Poland
Students explored the fascinating Wieliczka Salt Mine, descending 135m underground to discover stunning salt chambers, chapels and sculptures carved deep beneath the Earth. A testament to human ingenuity and determination.
A memorable walking tour through Kraków's historic Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) brought centuries of rich cultural heritage to life. Our students experienced authentic Jewish cuisine and enjoyed a spectacular live performance at the atmospheric Ariel restaurant.
Our students also participated in a deeply moving educational visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. This sobering experience helped them understand the importance of remembrance, human rights, and standing against hatred in all its forms. Their respectful and mature approach made us incredibly proud.
Thank you to all staff and students for making this significant educational journey possible. These experiences will stay with our students forever, helping shape their understanding of both human achievement and the vital importance of learning from history.
