Careers Talks
Three Career Talks are organised every year for all students. Approximately 15 employers come into the College for each event, to give a presentation to students regarding their profession. This includes advice for entry, describing a typical day and opportunity for students to ask questions.
Students can select the talk to attend which most closely represents their career interests - either to increase their insight, or to widen their experiences and horizons hearing about a career they don’t have much knowledge of. This not only gives them an opportunity to receive up-to-date, independent career and job information and advice, but can also be a useful networking opportunity.
