Grade 2, Point 4-5, £25,185 - £25,583 per annum, pro rata

Actual Salary £18,275 - £18,564 per annum

31.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday Term Time & Inset Days

We are eager to hear from you if you are a dedicated, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting young people to enhance their learning opportunities. The successful applicants will join a team of Teaching Assistants committed to delivering exceptional support in literacy, numeracy, language, behaviour, and social skills. Working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:15pm Term Time and Inset days.

To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate that you are:

Able to provide excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with young people focusing on access to learning whilst building positive working relationships.
Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Able to provide clear instructions and guidance, using coaching and listening skills to support young people with access to learning.
Able to promote an ethos of inclusion and equal opportunities for all, regardless of any special educational needs.
