Below are some support opportunities for Year 11s that you can opt into if you are feeling the pressure leading up to exams, need some advice or just need to de-stress…

Regular sessions from 26th February onwards to May half term:

Drop in for support/advice with Year 12 students  Tuesday lunchtimes in M8
Come and speak to students who have recently been through it all! If you need some advice, help with revising or just a chat – all are welcome
Choir  Monday and Thursday lunchtime in A11
It is proven that singing in a group relieves stress and anxiety by boosting oxytocin levels, come to choir and find out for yourself!
Mindfulness  Wednesday (Week 1) at 9 - 9.30am (during registration) in H9
What is Mindfulness and how can it help me? Run by Mr Randall
Meditation  Wednesday lunchtimes (Week 2) in M9
A practical session to aid focus run by Mrs Cole

One-off 1 hour sessions

Please sign up with your tutor. Places are first allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Pilates – Wednesday 28th February, 3pm in M8
Yoga – Thursday 8th March, 3pm in M8
Visualisation – Tuesday 13th March, 3pm in M8
Make your own Brain Food and learn about nutrition – Thursday 15th March, 3pm in T2
